2. Note that the intepretation of the result do not apply to people whith an abnormal muscle mass.
Background:
Body mass index is a useful tool for assessing overweight in populations. It is however a very unprecise evaluation of overweight on an individual level as muscularity and general frame size of the body is not taken in to account.

No, you're not fat at all. Also, even if it's just a little bit of belly fat that's normal. Btw, I chose this BMI adult calculator to see my weight where I'm a 26 year old female, 5'6" between 115-118 lbs. I've got a little bit of belly fat at my age too, but that's due to my sweet-tooth & lack of activity level. And I feel like I'm fat b/c both my mom & I see my belly sticking out. But I'm only trying to lose like 5 lbs.
But you're still a teenager, so you're still growing so having a little bit of belly fat at your age is something that's normal. If you still feel like you're fat, then taking walks and/or bike riding can help with that. Since I've been lazy, I've been doing mountain climbers which helps lose belly fat, but go easy. I'm only fat in my stomach & that's it.
